How do I book a session with you?
If you would like more information, or to inquire about booking a session, please use the contact form on my webpage to get in touch with me. I will be in touch with you within 48 hours. From there, we will plan a consultation meeting to discuss the details on what you would like from your photography session. We will plan the date and where we will go to take the photographs. This will give us time to get to know eachother, allowing the session to be more relaxed.
What should I wear to my portrait session?
Whatever you feel the most comfortable in! Capturing the personality of my subject is most important to me, so if you have a unique style then stick with it. I do ask that you stay away from graphics and logos on your clothing – this can be very distracting, and take away from the subject. For your family portrait session, wear complimentary colors that go well together. If just can’t decide on an outfit – bring it! I can help you decide what would look best.
What can I expect during my session?
My goal is to capture the most natural version of you. Let’s make it fun! I like to use natural light and shoot in a lifestyle/candids, but I’ll also take a number of posed images. It may take you a minute to loosen up, but I promise you will.
What time of day do you normally book sessions for?
Since most of my sessions take place on-location, I suggest booking sessions for either early in the morning or later in the evening. The light is PERFECT when the sun is low in the sky.
Can I bring props to my session?
Certainly! Props always help to tell a story about the person, and bring out your personality. If you have a favorite hobby, pet, or car – bring it!
Do you have payment plans?
I ask that the session fee is either paid at the consultation or at the beginning of the session. Prints can be either ordered online or through me.
